How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your bottles sooner for a special occasion.

Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and vegetarian. We do not use any animal-derived fining agents during the filtration process.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

While we take great care in packaging, glass can be fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the package, and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.

Do your non-alcoholic wines contain any sugar?

We pride ourselves on being low-sugar. While some natural sugars from the grapes remain, we do not add unnecessary sugars, making our wines a healthier alternative to many traditional sparkling options.
